France

Vive la France! This country is a very popular destination for tourists around the world. A lot of those are visitors to the capital city, Paris but that’s not all that defines France. France’s green countryside, beaches and wineries couldn’t be further apart from the Paris landscape.

France is a country known for its rich history, culture, and scenic landscapes and is home to some of the world’s most renowned landmarks, including the Eiffel Tower in Paris and The Louvre Museum, but don’t discount the other famous destinations such as Mont Blanc, the highest mountain in Europe outside the Caucasus mountains and Omaha beach in Normandy a huge heritage site from the D-Day landings in World War II.

French cuisine is celebrated globally for its great flavours. Who doesn’t love some fresh pastries, excellent cheeses, and fine wines from the country’s food markets and restaurants?

Beyond its bustling cities, France is dotted with picturesque villages that seem frozen in time. Regions like Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Champagne offer stunning vineyard landscapes while The French Riviera showcases glamorous resorts, luxurious yachts, and beautiful beaches. It has great access to other European countries and makes for a great short or long stay as there’s so much to see in France.
