1. Lebua Bangkok
Famous for appearing in Hangover 2, this building is iconic and stands out in the vastly populated skyline. It is certainly top end of pricing for Bangkok where a meal for 2 can set you back $500+. Even a cocktail in the Sky Bar is around $30-40, but would recommend having at least one drink here or two as you will have amazing views and feel like you are celebrating your birthday in style. There are many other rooftop bars out there which are certainly not as expensive.
2. Sing Sing Theater
Voted numerous times as the best club in Bangkok. Sing Sing isn’t the biggest club you’ll ever go to but it certainly has an atmosphere with a good mix of locals and foreigners. The music is always banging and even has performers swinging from the ceilings as you drink and dance the night away. As with rooftop bars, there are many other clubs to enjoy but this is our best pick.
3. Siam Paragon
Shopping is on a lot of people’s lists for enjoying their birthday and treating a loved one or even better, treating yourself. Siam Paragon is the top end of the shopping malls in Bangkok, but you’ll not be disappointed with it being the ideal place to find that special birthday treat. 4. Visit a Spa
In Thailand, self-care is big business with lots of massage parlours / cosmetic surgery outlets and treatment centres. The good news is as there are so many Spa’s in Bangkok competition is high and prices are driven down. 5. Cruises and boat tours

6. Go on a pub crawl by Tuk Tuk
A great option is to do something random. Why not get a Tuk Tuk from place to place and do a mini pub crawl, there are so many cool places to drink. You can start in central Bangkok at some bars then head out to Khao San road (around 45 mins) and drink on the strip there. Head back in to central for better clubs or if you are enjoying it stay on Khao San.
